Hi guys, the purpose of this thread is to monitor activity of alliance members so we can reach agreements on who should leave. Until now it's been my business but I would be grateful if you gave me insight on who's playing and who's not. Maybe you notice someone who hasn't leveled up in a long time, or I learn from event ratings who didn't participate or whatever. The thing is we cannot afford to have inactive members inside the alliance if we want to climb in rankings. Of course if for some reason you know you won't be able to play for a long span of time please leave a message in this forum to let the rest know and no action will be taken (unless it's a really long time). Anyway expelled will be allowed back if they give me a decent excuse  |

Ok, good point!
We need an active alliance if we want to climb up positions.
As for the present event I may not participate tomorrow. I feel I need to boost my cards and that will be easier if I concentrate just on it.
It will all depend on how much the bonus for Emma Frost is and if I am lucky tomorrow with the Ultimate cards I have been keeping (I have 3 I'll spend when chances of raider cards are higher).

Hi guys! Hope you did well in event. As the next one approaches, time has come to discuss who should leave the alliance so we have room for more strong and compromised members. Let me stress that regardless if last event activity, there are several members who have not made a single donation. I understand we all need silver to boost cards, but everyone should be able to spare some for donations. I've worked hard in the event and donated 2 million. Activity leads to income and donations to a stronger alliance. So, please, donate at least quest items which are totally useless. A time may come when donations are mandatory, keep it in mind.
Back to the topic, I'd like to hear who you think should leave and why. Signs of low activity are:
- more than one team member spots
- low event ranking
- no donations
- few battles
Let's discuss.

How can i tell how active my non-alliance team members have been? The only options i see when i view one are Rally, Spar, Trade, Gift and Remove From Team along with the history of rallies they've received from others. Is there something I'm missing?

You kinda just have to pay attention and look for the obvious signs like not leveling up for a while or several open team member spots.......also when you delete team members only remove one per day there is a point penalty for 2 or more in a single day
